Tom was so awesome to work with in so many ways. His kind heart and energy is 2nd to none! He loves people and helping them in anyway possible.. His passion for his job is so strong and infectious. I look forward to working with Tom in the future for all these reasons and more. Being a part of Cancer Knows No Borders has been such an inspiration and help to so many people in need. Tom—thanks for your willingness and courtesy; you are one-of-a-kind, my friend.

I have had the pleasure to both work FOR Tom in my role as VP-Marketing with the Milwaukee Wave and WITH Tom for nearly 20 years in my role with the Green Bay Packers. Throughout those years Tom has proven to be a trusted business partner who values personal relationships and doing things the right way. He brings great creative energy to everything he does and has a way of making everyone feel involved. I am proud of the work Tom and I have done together.

Tom Baylerian has been by far one of the best marketing partners for CAA and our clients.  He is very intuitive as to what would be a good fit for every personality we represent as well as making sure the partnership works with both the sponsor and the personality.  He is very creative and takes great pride in making sure the smallest detail is never lost in the shuffle. Every experience that we have had working with Tom, has gone seamlessly and smooth.

Claire Stone, Agent for Creative Artists Agency (CAA Sports)

Tom is a very creative individual who time and time again designs, develops and delivers break-through campaigns that fit tightly to our organizational objectives. He listens, works to understand by asking questions, then consistently finds a way to fully leverage all available assets at hand.

I've had the opportunity to work with Tom for over ten years. Together, we've put together several partnerships that have been beneficial for both of our organizations. Tom is extremely creative and continues to impress me with his ability to come up with very original ideas. He sees the big picture and is interested in establishing relationships that serve all parties. It is one of the many reasons that we have continued to work together over these many years.

Tom Hecht, Vice President of Corporate Marketing for the Milwaukee Brewers

Quite simply - no one can do what Tom Baylerian does. He is the undisputed master of the integrated multi-level marketing campaign. He plays in sports, retail, cause and advocacy arenas. Tom's ideas are bigger, his attention to detail is better, and he won't rest until clients are ecstatic and every original revenue goal has been smashed. Through ideation, planning, execution and evaluation Tom is a hands-on executive who pushes and prides himself on even better performance the next time. Under his leadership we created innovative new programs that became legacies (and annuities) for the company, and are still driving revenues and results decades after Tom created them. They enabled our smaller regional media company to attract the attention of the entire industry. I always appreciated Tom's ability to work effectively across departments within the organization. He helped us build a loyal team, and unite the company behind driving revenue and audience growth. Tom's devotion to his family, his faith and his co-workers keeps him grounded. I can say I've been privileged to work with many great marketing talents - but will always rank Tom as one of the best.

Tom is one of the most passionate, creative, and collaborative marketing executive's I have ever worked with. In the 10+ years I have known him and had the opportunity to have him on my teams in 3 major markets, he has surpassed every expectation of driving new and incremental revenue by double digits. His servant leadership style of treating C-level clients, as well as the janitor in their office like family has created a massive network of lifelong colleagues. His keen sense of humor is always a bright light to those he works with, especially in the darkest of times. Tom has an incredible gift of seeing the big idea that everyone tells him is impossible, and then creates, executes and delivers legacy revenue programs flawlessly. His strong knowledge of sports marketing and cause marketing has enabled him to deliver annual revenue programs in excess of 1.0 million year after year. His moral compass, work ethic, love and loyalty to his family and friends is inspiring. I have had the joy and honor of working in the trenches with Tom and look forward to his friendship and partnership in the years ahead.

Pamela Henson, Vice President of Sales at The Chicago Tribune / The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

I believe Tom was able to capitalize on the media attention of my possible NFL Hall of Fame nomination and use that to bring awareness and honor to our veterans. This is something in which I am grateful for.  Tom did it all in such a beautiful and unassuming way. I was very comfortable with Tom and his vision. Confident that he would represent us all well, which he did and then some.  Even though we were invited to do a job, it didn’t feel that way. It was truly an amazing experience for me and I think for the veterans as well. Thomas was able to present their story in a 30 minute documentary with class, dignity and respect. I am thankful that Tom included me. I was proud to be a part of it.

I’ve worked with Tom Baylerian for nearly 20 years and during that time, I’ve learned from and admired him on a number of fronts. Marketing innovation and partnership. Tom takes time to understand a business, including goals and objectives. With that insight, he’s a visionary leader in developing mutually-beneficial programs that, as he says, have never been done before, are exclusive, provide legacy opportunities and create value. Customer service. No one delivers on a promise like Tom. He is a man of his word. Tom is exceptional in presentation, delivery and follow through. He answers questions before I even think of them. That’s indicative of his proactive and consumer-centric mindset. I consider Tom a mentor, role model, business partner and great friend.

I had the good fortune to produce a Television Sport Show for the The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel called Preps Plus from 1997 to 2017. The Journal Sentinel executive producer for the show was Tom Baylerian and I worked directly with him producing the show and many other off shoot projects for the next 20 years. Tom has exceptional Sales and Marketing skills and combined with his calming leadership qualities allows his creative teams for his projects to focus on their portion of the project without a lot of hand holding. This allows Tom to get the maximum performance from his people.

Tom is meticulous well organized and his diligent communications in production meetings or sales meetings is very professional. Tom starts each meeting with a timeline and printed agenda. His passion for what he does is infectious and motivates those people around him. It made working with him very easy and always a pleasure.
